What this job involves This position is part of our Property & Asset Management team located in our Perth Office. The role supports three Property Managers with the delivery of quality management services across their commercial and industrial portfolios.
A snapshot of your responsibilities: Assisting with preparation of budgets and outgoings recoveriesAssisting with monthly reports preparationIssuing of purchase orders and set up contracts in JLL systemsMonitoring and actively pursue rental arrears and allocation of rentals on a daily basisProcessing of creditor invoices as well as raising sundry tenant recoveriesLiaising with contractors, tenants, owners as requiredUndertaking Lease Administration duties relating to Tenancy Set Up formsAssisting with Bank Guarantees, Public Liability, Contractor ManagementInterested?
