Much like the clients and communities we work with, you will experience, passion, dedication and resilience across all parts of the business.About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Residential Property Management team in our Launceston office on a full time, fixed term (12 month) basis.As an Assistant Property Manager you will be supporting the team in leasing of properties and providing excellent administrative support to ensure a seamless service to our clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to become a key part of the Residential Property Management team and supported to learn and develop your career. Responsibilities As an Assistant Property Manager you will:Provide expert administrative support to the teamOrganise the advertising of propertiesOrganise open homes and the showing of propertiesAssess tenancy applicationsWorking with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesMaximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community eventsAbout you To succeed at Elders, you will: Have previous customer service experience Have a Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to get one soon) Hold a current driver's licence Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills Have a keen eye for detail Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills Be smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology About EldersElders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
