About the role: We are seeking a permanent part-time Assistant Property Manager to work with our dynamic team.
Working alongside our Property Management Team, you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.
Responsibilities: Taking general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department Work alongside Property Managers Processing tenancy applications Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors' communication Assist with rent arrears Assisting with the coordination of maintenance Property Management administration Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants Assisting with preparing property reports i.e., ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspections About you: Real Estate industry experience will be advantageous but not necessary High attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Good at multi-tasking and time management High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team The desire to grow within a company for the long term About Elders: As a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
