About the role: We are seeking a permanent part-time Assistant Property Manager to work with our dynamic team. Working alongside our Property Management Team, you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.
Responsibilities: Taking general telephone enquiries for the Rental DepartmentWork alongside Property ManagersProcessing tenancy applicationsAssisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors' communicationAssist with rent arrearsAssisting with the coordination of maintenanceProperty Management administrationPreparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenantsAssisting with preparing property reports i.e., ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspectionsAbout you: Real Estate industry experience will be advantageous but not necessaryHigh attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsGood at multi-tasking and time managementHigh level of initiative and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a teamThe desire to grow within a company for the long termAbout Elders: As a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
