The Role:
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to be the backbone of a well-structured property management team. As the Assistant Property Manager, your specific duties will include:

Supporting the Senior Property Manager with 150 managements Arrange and manage the marketing of all rental listings Respond to all leasing enquiries via email, text and phone Schedule and attend open homes and private appointments on weekdays and Saturdays Process applications, prepare lease agreements and associated docs Complete routine inspections, ingoing & outgoing inspections The Candidate: Can do attitude is the most important thing we are looking for!
