Hands on Head of Department who cares for the staff's development The Position, but not limited to: Assist with routine inspections Admin support to Property Managers Liaise with owners, tenants Assist with admin support, applications, and preparation General tenant correspondence and maintenance PCRs outsourced The Criteria: Experience in real estate is essential Current property manager registration and valid drivers' license Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality Must have excellent interpersonal skills Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships Have excellent time management skills How to Apply:
