We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Manage and co-ordinate high level project administrative and corporate support functions for the projects, including the daily functioning of office, diary management, preparation of presentations, reports and other correspondence, organisation of meetings and conferences, including the presentation and dissemination of minutes and other documentation arising from project related meetings and events.Examine all incoming correspondence including emails submitted to the work area, prioritising and delegating issues, taking appropriate action including co-ordinating timely responses ensuring deadlines are met and the advice is provided to the appropriate Lead/Manager on matters requiring urgent or personal attention.Adopt project methodology in supporting the Legal and Governance team to deliver tasks and activities as per the projects and budget. Support project planning and implementation activities of the project as directed and undertake specific research including sourcing of information, data collection and analysis and the completion of assigned tasks within predetermined authority and timeframes.Promote and embed a culture of valuing records management and impart knowledge of records management concept. This includes the development of the SCHHS Administrative Records Management Education and Training Program.Remuneration value up to $114,177 p.a., comprising salary between $90,832 - $100,071 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (A04)(Fixed-Term Temporary Full-Time position available for up to 12 months).
