Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend will give you the opportunity to work with world class clients on cutting edge projects and to build a successful career with a company that will offer the highest levels of support at every stage.Some of the key specifications in our Project Management team include:Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation.Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.Develop a project programme, monitor progress and communicate with project stakeholders.Identify project risks, implement mitigations, review and amend as required to ensure project targets are achieved.Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.T&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance.Assisting the Senior Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance, etc.Assisting with contractual work including procurement and editing documents.Liaison with client departments and other service providers to help co-ordinate all efforts in keeping the program on track.Tender research, collating potential bid work.Assistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
