Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Project Management team in Sydney are expanding and looking to bring on board an Assistant Project Manager.
As a Project Manager with Turner & Townsend you will gain experience working across different sectors and projects including but not limited to; commercial/retail fit-out, tourism, commercial development, retail, health, education and data centers.
Job Description Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders Develop a project programme, monitor progress and communicate with project stakeholders Identify project risks, implement mitigations, review and amend as required to ensure project targets are achieved Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders T&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance Assisting the Senior Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as; cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance etc Assisting with contractual work including procurement and editing documents Liaison with client departments and other service providers to help co-ordinate all efforts in keeping the program on track Assistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team. Qualifications A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience 1 – 4 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting) Experience in health sector is an added advantage Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and writing skills Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client #J-18808-Ljbffr
