They have proven experience across a range of private & public sectors including education, aged care, sporting & recreation, apartments, retail and industrial.
Having recently secured a $40M project they are looking for an Assistant PM to join the team.
There will be a PM overseeing this project, however, this person will be site based 5 days, with the PM doing regular visits.
Key Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Civil/Structural EngineeringProven experience in the WA commercial building marketEither a strong CA or PE background on commercial building projects in excess of $30MExcellent leadership & communication skillsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsCurrent Drivers Licence & White CardIf this sounds like you and you fit the above criteria, please apply!
