Assistant Project Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction team on the $1.1b Frankston Hospital project. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Completions Manager within the management in managing the completions portion of this iconic building, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Completions Manager in delivering the construction of the building. This includes:Ensuring all construction documentation is generated in accordance with the correct standards and processes.Assisting with training of subcontractors and staff.Monitoring the progress of construction against schedule and taking appropriate action to ensure milestones are met.Maintaining open and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.Processing and maintaining accurate records of construction activities, including documentation and correspondence.To be considered for this role, you must have:A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).At least 5 years of experience working in construction.Knowledge on a healthcare project preferred but not essential.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.A commitment to safety and quality, with a focus on continuous improvement.About LendleaseWith a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
