About you Australian citizenship and holding or successfully obtaining and retaining a minimum Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
Demonstrated recent construction project experience with either client-side, contractor or designer on government or education projects considered desirable.
Professional qualifications in project management, architectural, engineering, construction management or similar.
A strong understanding and proven experience in managing construction contracts, contract administration and design management experience are highly desirable.
Very strong stakeholder management, communications and leadership skills.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook with Microsoft Project desirable.
AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
