Are you an Assistant Project Manager?
Can you deliver, apply new thinking from multiple disciplines and perspectives and create solutions for a more profitable, effective and human business for Unispace's clients?
Responsibilities:Assisting Project Managers to deliver workplace fit-outs from cradle to grave, including the delivery of projects in line with client and contractual requirements; program and procedures.Assisting with methodology, tendering, processing of payments, consultant management, and site activities.Maintaining and building client and key stakeholder relationships.Assisting in meetings and minuting meetings.Developing your own skills with our support to become a Project Manager.Your experience:Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Architecture.Design and Build understanding; commercial fit-out experience preferred but not essential.Client-focused mentality.2+ years of construction experience.What do we offer?You will join our fun and collaborative work culture where we promote both flexible working and an amazing workplace experience that truly values work/life balance.
