Boutique client-side project management and advisory consultancyExcellent career progression and brilliant company cultureExcellent pipeline of Grade A projects!Our client is a boutique construction consultancy offering construction planning, advice, and client project management services across Commercial, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Mixed-use, Retail, and Hotel sectors. They are now seeking an Assistant / Project Manager to join their professional team in their Melbourne office.
A high degree of client and stakeholder liaison will be involved, from feasibility stage to delivery stage of the project. The role will need strong communication skills along with a strong base of technical knowledge and the ability to administer a contract.
The ideal candidate will be a contract administrator coming from a head contractor background and looking to make the move across to client-side project management, although candidates can also come from a consultancy background as well. Having new build experience in projects of a similar nature would be ideal; projects are $50m to $200m+ and are residential, commercial, hotel, mixed-use, built to rent, etc., and all A-grade clients.
They generally take projects from front-end advisory through the 360 process of delivering the job.
