We couldn't achieve this without CHAMPIONS on the team, right? With weekly installations increasing, OzShut is expanding our production team and seeks the BEST of the BEST energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our winning team as an Assistant Production Scheduler.
Being a key player in our production department, you will work closely with the production managers and play a vital role in coordinating and scheduling, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction. THE ROLE Scheduling works to take place with customers Collaborate with the Production Management team to maintain and improve production schedules and systems Basic updating and record keeping using Microsoft 365 and CRM software Hours of work are Monday-Friday 7am-3.30pm. THE APPLICANT A proven customer service professional Well spoken and not afraid of dealing with customers Previous experience well regarded but not essential; A team player alongside the Production Managers; Possess current driver's license, own vehicle, and a mobile phone; Have or can obtain a Current Police Clearance. Full comprehensive training will be provided, as well as ongoing support to ensure your contributions to the company are valued and continue the OzShut WINNING team culture!
