Job Description Do you have a passion for Partnerships, product innovation and driving product results?
The Co-brand Partnerships team within the International Card Services (ICS) Product organisation is responsible for managing our Airline Co-brand Partnerships and Products to drive profitable portfolio growth and customer engagement.
The Assistant Manager role is a key contributor to the delivery of the Qantas Commercial portfolio. The product and partnership management includes planning with Qantas and a focus on the annual partnership plan deliverables to drive acquisition, customer loyalty & growth in the Small Medium Enterprise (SME) segment. The environment is fast-paced, and we need someone analytical, energised and commercially minded who is driven by this and excited to grow as the Qantas Co-brands product line strategy evolves.
Key Accountabilities · Key contributor to the Qantas Co-brand partnership plan activities and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the business goals are achieved.
· Project management, execution and ongoing maintenance of Qantas Co-brand customer value proposition and benefits. Includes becoming a subject matter expert on the systems and processes between Amex and Qantas.
· Manage key Co-brand stakeholder communications including Partner WIP's, Performance Dashboards and budget updates.
· Manage customer data analysis to drive insights for the Co-brand portfolio and Qantas benefit utilisation to maximise Co-brand customer spend and engagement.
· Strong interpersonal skills to develop collaborative working relationships across Enterprise
· Lead with an external lens with regular monitoring and insights of the competitor product landscape
· Support the Co-brand team with additional priorities across Product and Partnerships as required
Run the Business Activities
· Lead the day-to-day tasks and activities required to operate the Qantas Co-brand product and partnership such as points and enrolment queries, asset approvals, invoice & COCMs management, field enquires. audits and other technical requests .
· Lead with an external lens - regular review of the competitor product landscape to inform and influence the prioritization product updates.
Stakeholder Alignment 
· Build trusted relationships with internal business units and Qantas to ensure alignment and delivery of key Co-brand initiatives and projects, within budget and timeframes.
Qualifications and Experience Required
To be successful in this position you will require:
Sustained experience in Product Management, Marketing execution, Project Management or Analyst experience. · Experience working with external Partners is ideal
· Demonstrated project management and execution skills including managing build, testing and go-to-market project milestones.
· Demonstrated analytical skills to measure & monitor projects and partnership performance.
· Strong communication skills (written and oral)
· Ability to meet deadlines with a proven track record of consistently delivering results
· Demonstrated growth mindset with a strong customer orientation.
· Advanced excel experience required.
