We currently have an exceptional opportunity to work with a talented team of successful Product Managers. In this role you will primarily support and learn to manage the product lifecycle of a broad range of products under the Ryobi, AEG and Powerfit brands. Your portfolio will focus on all accessories in the outdoor power equipment range that includes lawncare (lawn mowers, line trimmers), gardening (leaf blowers, chainsaws) and watering (pressure washers, pumps) categories.
The successful candidate will ideally be a self-starter, willing to hit the ground running and is motivated to succeed. As a newly graduated individual or someone who has some life experience in the tool industry.
What your day to day looks like :
Develop a broad understanding of Product Lifecycle Management within your specified portfolio. Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape to guide new product development and range assortment. Support the product experience team to deliver content that improves customer experience. Assist in the development process of all projects within expected timelines. Support with product presentations, pitches, range reviews, launch events and other activities to ensure retail partner (Bunnings) commitments are delivered. What you will bring to the role: Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and time management with the ability to adapt to changing priorities timelines to deliver desired outcomes. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency. Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
