How you'll make an impact
Lending Product Management will lead and drive the management of the Bank's existing mortgage and financing products, putting customer needs at the heart of products and delivering target returns to shareholders, through risk based pricing and product management, whilst managing the Bank's lending products in line with risk appetite and associated credit risk limits.

This role will assist the Senior Manager Lending Product to design and implement capabilities in relation to current and new mortgage products / offers / services and the end-to-end digital mortgage by collaborating with various stakeholders across the Group and Third parties.

You'll make an impact by assisting the Senior Manager Lending Product with:
Enhancements and review of the existing products Development of new product offerings and channels including digital and commercial lending Review of current policy settings and recommendations for any changes to ensure they are aligned with the lending CVP Introduction of new adjacencies that support the lending CVP, either from within AMP or via partnerships Support compliance programs and other projects Collaboration with distribution and external parties to optimise products and service Support marketing campaigns and initiatives as required What you will bring to the team
3 years+ experience in Financial Services/Banking Experience in preparation of business cases, product positioning and policy proposals Mortgage Product Management in a Bank, ADI or specialist banking service provider preferred Strong analytical skills Able to express ideas and concepts clearly, effectively and with meaning, and to a variety of audiences Tertiary qualification You'll thrive here if...
