You will assist in managing the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers and the market.Key Responsibilities Be customer focused.Manage the day-to-day coordination and delivery of projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.Support and coordinate the execution of Go to Market Plans in conjunction with internal stakeholders.Develop plans for product ranges to target specific customer segments.Prepare product documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance on packaging and associated marketing collateral.Maintain current market price intelligence and produce regular recommendations.Support engagement and communication with key stakeholders across the business to drive awareness and product knowledge.About YouPost graduate qualification in marketing or related and relevant discipline experience.2-3 years experience in marketing, research and new product management.Ability to work well across cross functionally and manage diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Strong project and timeline management skill set including ability to prioritise, manage and ensure delivery against deadlines.Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, technical and operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Industry or similar experience is valuable.Benefits50% off retail price of Haymes Paint manufactured products, including friends and family discounts.6% Medibank Corporate discount.20% New Balance discount.Ongoing training and support.Access to a range of workplace health and wellbeing initiatives.Professional development opportunities.Please apply by including a recent resume and responding to the selection questions.
