The Australian business has experienced a strong growth period in the last 2 years, due to a high performing product mix and strong operational team to support this. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join the Marketing team. With job flexibility & supportive culture, we are looking for a motivated professional to join this modern & progressive company. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

The Role Reporting To The Marketing Manager, Your Key Responsibilities Include: Assist the Product Marketing and Strategy team in achieving sales budgets, and execute Go to Market plans. Execute New Product Introduction (NPI) and End of Life (EOL) management. Create, coordinate and lead category fiscal budget submission/reporting towards the company plan. Drive and streamline the Purchase/Sales/Inventory (PSI) planning process for assigned product categories. Liaise with sales teams and channels to announce promotions and consolidate forecasts. Manage supply chain processes for effective aged / obsolete stock minimisation. Be the contact point for internal customer service team on customer order fulfilment status. Maintain current market intelligence and provide regular recommendations to the Management team. Preferred Skills The ideal candidate will have the technical skills & commercial nous to drive the brand through this next growth phase. The successful applicant ideally will have:
Tertiary marketing or relevant qualifications. 1+ years in product marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and positive. Strong attention to detail. Ability to handle a broad variety of tasks simultaneously – multi-tasking. You take great pride in contributing to our ability to meet our customer commitments delivering high service and quality. To be successful you will need to be flexible and have the ability to develop solid relationships and work collaboratively with Senior Managers.
