Reporting to the Head of Product, Floorcare, your key duties will include:
Assist in managing all facets of the product life-cycle (end-to-end), including product launches and liaising with the Head of Product.
Collaborate with Demand & Supply Planners to ensure product availability.
Help prepare for product launches by coordinating tasks and ensuring everything is on track.
Analyse sales data and market trends, manage and monitor competitive landscapes to generate actionable insights.
Assist in the preparation of product sales propositions and presentations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of administrative tasks.
Ability to manage schedules and prepare sales-related documentation such as product briefs and key account presentations.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments within the organisation.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Understanding of business metrics and KPIs to align product strategy with business goals.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field or 2-3 years' experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
