Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process fortnightly and monthly payroll for both internal staff and clients.
Ensure accurate setup and offboarding of employees.
Interpret and apply relevant awards and legislation to ensure compliance with all payroll requirements.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Manage Workcover renewals and assist with superannuation, IAS, and BAS reporting.
Collaborate with the bookkeeping team and provide general administrative support as needed.

About You:
2+ years of experience in a payroll role, with a strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
Proficient in Xero and Kronos.
Knowledge of superannuation, BAS, and IAS reporting.
Experience with the ATO portal.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive and positive approach to work and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
