Assistant Packing Manager

Armour's Apples is a family-owned apple orchard on the outskirts of Warragul. We are looking for someone to assist the Packing Manager. This will involve driving a forklift to move bins and packaging, entering packing data into the computer, helping to pack apples, stacking 13kg cartons onto pallets, and cleaning the packing line.Responsibilities:Drive a forklift to move bins and packaging.Enter packing data into the computer.Assist in packing apples.Stack 13kg cartons onto pallets.Clean the packing line.Requirements:Forklift licence and experience, preferred;Good level of fitness, able to work on your feet all day and repetitively lift 13kg cartons;Basic to intermediate computer skills, able to learn new programs, and accurately enter data, preferred;Willingness and diligence in cleaning, including use of pressure washer;Must be available 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.Position is Casual with potential to increase to Full Time.Applications must include a brief cover letter explaining why you'd like the role, why you'd be a good fit, and your resume.
