This hands-on, operational role is the key to the success of our award-winning Culinary and Food & Beverage Teams. While you will motivate and develop junior stewarding team members, you will also gain leadership skills and experience. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure our cleanliness standard exceeds HACCP and food safety regulations, as well as organisation, planning and time management to maintain our internal workflows.You will take lead on ensuring the hotel continually maintains and delivers all hygiene standards.Our Ideal Candidate will possess:Previous Supervisor/Management experience in a similar rolePrevious experience working in a large operationWorking knowledge of HACCPExcellent grooming and personal presentation
