You will be responsible for managing a dedicated valet driver team, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and according to established standards. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing any operational issues that arise. You will also play a significant role in sales and service delivery, actively participating in selling and up-selling services and products. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be reflected in your ability to monitor service delivery against company standards.

What you will do: Manage an experienced valet driver team in the daily operations of the Qantas valet parking.Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets company standards.Supervise the team, providing direction, support, and motivation.Provide 5 star customer service for all clients.Assist in the recruitment, training, and on-boarding of new employees, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet the demands of their role.This role will may require you to work a handful of Saturdays a year, if staff are away.
What you will bring: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a people management, face-to-face, service position.Experience in the airline industry would be highly advantageous.A valid drivers licence - Ability to drive manual and automatic.Experience managing teams of 5 and above.
