As the Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused leader with a passion for achieving targets and developing talent within the team.

Duties & Responsibilities Assist the New Vehicle Sales Manager in planning, implementing, and achieving sales goals. Foster a positive, high-energy environment that prioritises customer satisfaction and motivates the team. Support in training, coaching, and mentoring sales consultants to ensure high standards in sales and customer service. Handle escalated customer enquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and Service, to ensure a smooth customer journey. Essential Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the below:
Proven experience in a vehicle sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to team success.
