St Mark's Darling Point is a growing church that seeks to be 'transformed by grace to love one another, to serve the city, and to share Christ'.
We are looking to appoint a full-time Assistant Minister to work with our current ministry team. This role will have responsibility for our integration system, oversee our 5:30 pm congregation, minister to and with young adults, and oversee our weddings ministry. We would be interested in shaping the role to the right applicant's gifts and experience.
The successful applicant will be:
a growing disciple of Jesus Christ, with a deep and prayerful knowledge of the Scripturesa person of firmly evangelical and reformed convictionsable to work with people of all generations in building teams and in equipping and enabling peoplea person of maturity and energy, and a good team membercreative and well-organisedHe or she should be:
the holder of a bachelor's degree in theologypreferably ordained, or seeking to be ordained in the Anglican Church
