About the role: In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Loyalty Merchandise Manager to provide operational support for rebel sport's Member Engagement Commercial Strategy.The role will support delivery & execution of member engagement strategies by providing merchandise inputs to deliver relevant, personalised offers & experiences for the rebel active member base, to improve club growth, retention and increase frequency and ATV.
Day to day, will include below (but not limited to): Sales & Financial Performance:Assist in delivering sales, profit and agreed loyalty & merchandise deliverablesLoyalty & Personalisation Operations: Support development & execution of loyalty & personalisation strategiesTrade Partner/Vendor Management:Collaborate with Trade Partners to co-create loyalty benefits/product offers and assist in negotiation & management of Trade Partner funding to supplement rebel loyalty and personalisation activitiesMarketing & Advertising:Work with CRM, marketing, online and visual merch teams to deliver engaging and successful campaigns both above the line and below the line, and ensuring promotional plans are implemented effectivelyAbout you: Category management/buying experience within retail environmentExposure and a passion for marketing – particularly within the loyalty/CRM spaceHigh degree of interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical mindsetStrong ability in MS Word, Excel, PowerPointSuper Retail Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
