Our opportunity As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support the Marketing team to deliver the strategic marketing and curation of the asset experience to make it a desirable destination for customers and the community and drive sales, traffic and asset performance with a marketing program that is aligned with the Asset Strategy.
This position will support our premium retail asset Broadway Sydney.
Your responsibilities will include: Support the performance of the asset(s) through the delivery of the Marketing Plan aligned with the National Marketing Plan, Strategic Asset Plan and key Customer to drive customer experience, market share, sales and traffic performance while creating opportunities for retailers, community partners and brand partners to engage with key audience groups to deliver commercial outcomes for the asset.
Drive a deeper understanding of the customer, community and asset performance across the asset team and broader business through accurate, insightful and timely reporting as well as use and analysis of available research and community engagement.
Actively collaborate with the asset team including Leasing, Partnerships, Design, Development and Portfolio Management to ensure the product (retail mix, ambience and amenity) aligns with the customer and asset strategy.
Implement retailer support through the delivery of store and centre led campaigns and digital initiatives and regular engagement with retail stakeholders.
Drive growth and engagement across all owned digital channels and platforms to connect with key audience groups with timely, accurate and high-quality content and initiatives that are targeted to the key customer segment.
Present the asset in its optimal condition with flawless delivery of all brand and national campaigns, signage, activations and visual merchandising while actively working with the asset(s) team and retailers to drive excellence in presentation.
Build and curate meaningful stakeholder relationships to be a force for good in the asset(s) community with a focus on delivering measurable positive social and environmental impact.
Active, accurate and efficient financial management of the annual marketing budget including continuous monitoring and expense tracking.
Work with the wider marketing team to create and take advantage of opportunities for collaboration to drive portfolio-wide excellence and efficiencies and ensure consistency of approach, reporting and transfer of experiences and learnings.
Champion the consistent application of the key Mirvac values, leading by example and promoting a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Develop a personal and professional brand as a clear market leader, ensuring Mirvac is recognised as having key talent within the organisation.
Your point of difference 2+ years of experience in marketing or brand activations with retail experience highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in managing social and digital channels to build community engagement and meet desired outcomes.
Proven analytical and creative abilities.
Relevant Tertiary qualifications highly desirable.
Exceptional organisational and resource management skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively, ensuring deadlines are achieved on time.
Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity.
Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to solve issues as they arise and to improve system and process efficiencies and effectiveness.
A commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
