Your new opportunity With a focus on the mid-market, the team provides a broad rangeof Corporate Finance to an array of industries. In your new roleyou will: Interact directly with senior management of ourclients Perform valuations including: Business valuations Equity valuations Purchase price allocations Derivatives (including share based payments) Infrastructure valuations Independent Experts Reports Collaboratively managing the team and delivering qualityoutcomes for our clients Mentor and train junior staff members Be actively involved in business development, as well ascultivating long-term client relationships Develop and manage divisional strategic tasks. Reporting directly to Partners, you will work closely with allstaff across a range of Corporate Finance services as well as withother service lines including audit, tax and advisory. What you'll bring to the role Experience in a Valuation Services role in an accounting andadvisory firm with a focus on client advisory, people managementand engagement management. Advanced valuation and research skills (demonstrated byhaving 4 years' experience in a dedicated valuationsrole) Advanced report writing skills Degree with outstanding academic record from a leadingAustralian or Overseas university or business school in one ormore fields including, Accounting, Management, Commerce,Business or Finance At BDO we value our culture and people.
