With a commitment to sustainability and exceptional service, Sal Salis invites you to immerse yourself in a serene getaway that celebrates both the wonders of the natural world and the joys of indulgence.  ABOUT THE ROLE: Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who is ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our iconic properties.
In this hands-on position, you will help to lead and manage a dedicated team, overseeing guest activities, staff rosters, logistics, and administration.
Your primary goal will be to inspire your team to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the team consistently delivers an impeccable guest-facing experience.
Oversee all aspects of hospitality and guest experience at the lodge.
Supervise and collaborate with staff daily to ensure they maintain the high standards and quality expected of our luxury accommodation.
Safeguard the well-being of guests and staff by effectively implementing procedures and managing risks.
Lead and support your team in providing exceptional food and beverage experiences.
Maintain high standards of accommodation for our guests, ensuring cleanliness and comfort at all times.
Foster a culture of safety by ensuring all incidents and hazards are reported and addressed promptly.
Complete necessary administrative tasks as required by the operations team.
Actively participate in staff inductions and training to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.
This is a remote position, requiring you to live and work onsite for the entire season.
We provide all meals and accommodation onsite, as well as housing in Exmouth for your days off.
Please be aware of the unique challenges and limitations associated with long-term remote living.
Our season runs from mid-February to November.
ABOUT YOU: As a multi-skilled professional with a passion for hospitality, you possess a friendly disposition, exceptional verbal communication skills, and a strong teamwork mindset.
Requirements: Previous experience working in remote locations.
A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, travel, tourism, and adventure.
A commitment to delivering exceptional service, creating lasting memories for our guests.
High levels of interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in various aspects of hospitality.
Ability to think quickly and adapt while meeting deadlines.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Current Remote First Aid certification (including CPR).
Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
MR/HR Licence (desirable).
