About this role This role coordinates the transactional end to end recruitment processes for General Support Services (GSS) across Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG).
Facilitates staff inductions and assists with the compliance and maintenance of the department's mandatory and departmental training needs for all GSS staff.
This role reports to the Manager Patient Support Services.
What we are looking for We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment and Training Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Patient Support Services Department at Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG).
You will be an individual who uses innovative techniques to recruit Patient Support Services staff to achieve our goal of high-quality patient care and teamwork.
You will also be required to have excellent coordination and time management skills to assist in maintaining our training compliance across the Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Care Group.
