Duties will include, but are not limited to: Actively promote the desired culture of Adventure PatchSupport the OSHC Manager to assist with administration tasks such as rosters & timesheets.Support OSHC Coordinators to comply with National Law and Regulations, and Adventure Patch policies and procedures.Coach and mentor Educators in service practicesProvide professional development opportunities for staff in the service.Collaborate with OSHC services to create and implement a quality Vacation Care program.Contribute to systems and processes that support effective Work Health and Safety practices.The Right Person Experience & Knowledge in the childcare sectorCritical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to plan ahead, prioritize tasks and track progress.Experience in providing positive leadership.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsUse innovative thinking to resolve issues and address complex problems.For further information about Adventure Patch, please visit our website www.adventurepatch.org.au.
