About the Role : Assistant Managers are responsible for restaurant operations under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager. They provide supervision, coaching, and guidance to restaurant employees, lead the guest experience, problem solve day to day operational issues as they arise, and ensure all areas of safety legislation and brand standards are followed.
