Our beautiful 112 place Scarborough service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Manager/Lead Educator to join our team.

As an integral leader in our nest, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team in delivering both high quality education and care as well as exceptional customer service for our children, families and community.
The Assistant Manager role is a unique leadership opportunity, as we introduce this for the first time within our Nido services.
You will be able to have influence on how this role is shaped, working with our existing leadership triangle consisting of a Service Manager, Curriculum Leader and Service Administrator.
The successful applicant will split their week in both a contact and non-contact capacity to provide in the moment coaching to the team, as well as managerial support to the leadership team ensuring smooth operation of the service.
This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish.
