Mantra & The Sebel Twin Towns Hotel & Apartments are two properties that sit side by side on the Gold Coast / Northern NSW border overlooking the beautiful Coolangatta Beach. The properties offer a range of hotel style rooms as well as one, two and three bedroom apartments and pools for guests to enjoy. In your downtime, experience the laid-back lifestyle of the Southern Gold Coast and Tweed Heads region by heading down to the beach, or visiting one of the many pubs, clubs, or restaurants along the foreshore and surrounds.
Purpose As Assistant Manager, you will take the lead in orchestrating the Front Office Team, creating unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining a high level of team energy. Each day in this position promises opportunities where you connect with various departments, coordinate team engagement, oversee staff, expertly manage guest feedback, and swiftly resolve any challenges that arise.

Primary Responsibilities Take the helm and guide the hotel's day-to-day operations with expertiseLead the Front Office Team like a mentor, nurturing their growth and skill-building in a supportive atmosphereCollaborate with guests, extending a helping hand to find solutions for any challenges that may ariseContribute to roster planning and preparationEmbrace authenticity and let your unique self-shine in every shiftSkills and Experience Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, marked by a vibrant track record of assuming leadership roles as a Team Leader or SupervisorProficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plusAbility to multitask and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skillsMasterful in the art of both the written and spoken communicationCapable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysAt Accor, we welcome you as you are.
