We will invite you to attend seasonal catalogue launches to give you a sneak peak of upcoming trends and products, and we offer genuine opportunities for career development and progression.THE ROLEBased at our Melrose Park store, this full time role will involve working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Key responsibilities of the role include:Participate in and complete the management development training programDrive incremental sales improvements in all our sales channels that include retail, trade, and designProvide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customersPromote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accountsDevelop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choiceAchieve and exceed personal sales targetsContribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeepingInduct new team membersComplete administrative tasks in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store ManagerABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:2+ years' experience in a retail or service environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate your teamAn energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job with a willingness to learnA strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workA current driver's licenseHOW TO APPLYClick on 'Apply Now' and follow the process to complete your application.Please NoteA criminal history check may be conducted as part of the application process for roles at Beacon Lighting Group.
