About the RoleAs the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, achieve sales targets, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
You'll be involved in all areas of store management, from inventory control to staff training, helping to drive performance and maintain high standards.
What You Will Do Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals.Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and store presentation to ensure optimal performance.Handle staff scheduling, training, and support to ensure a cohesive, well-trained team.Oversee health and safety compliance to maintain a safe, compliant store environment.Step into the Store Manager's role when needed, providing strong leadership and direction.What You Will Bring Experience in a retail or customer service supervisory role, with leadership responsibilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including lates, weekends and public holidays.What's In It For You!
