As an Assistant Manager your role is to partner with the Relationship Manager to support your portfolio in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance. To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Maintaining a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures Maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment process Acting in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs Providing solution towards account maintenance and simple customer requests Supporting the Relationship Manager with management of a portfolio of SME customers Collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customers' needs Engaging specialist teams when required You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
