As the Assistant Manager, you will be assisting the Venue Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue. You will ensure all aspects of the business are functioning as they should be whilst mentoring those around you to meet their fullest potential.

Previous experience in hospitality management.Food Handlers Certificate.Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).TAB Compliance.Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.What will my duties include?
