Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Day to day operation of the Restaurant
Staff management
Service standards and excellence
Recruitment, on boarding, training and development of staff
Administration: reporting, creating rosters and reviewing cost of wages
WH&S compliance, incident reporting and investigating
Special Projects as required
Skills & Requirements

Required

Proven experience in a leadership role in hospitality
RSA
Vibrant, enthusiastic and cheerful personality
Passion for food, quality and making the customers love us
Great leadership and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $68,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year

Kotara, NSW 2289: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Retail Store Managers: 1 year (Preferred)
