Your Key Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and support interviewers, providing ongoing guidance with the assistance of Field Managers and internal project teams.Assist in managing workforce allocation, ensuring optimal interviewer coverage for each research project.Develop and enhance training materials and implement training for interviewers to ensure high-quality data collection.Maintain regular communication with project staff, management, and other field staff to ensure well-planned and managed projects.Manage field logistics and administrative tasks, including scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, training, and performance tracking.Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the production and distribution of field materials.Ensure accuracy and suitability of survey questionnaire, sample management procedures, and workflows impacting field operations.Identify operational improvement opportunities and promptly resolve any issues or queries. What You Bring:A positive, motivating, can do attitude is what we are looking for!Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.A positive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for working as part of a team.Competency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Familiarity with statistical tools and their application in research analysis, is an advantage.
