About the role
We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support to our fabulous team in Enoggera.
Working closely with your team, you'll ensure exceptional service to our customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia!

A bit about your role Ensuring customers receive friendly and the best possible service.Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders.Providing leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.Ensuring compliance with all procedures and further enhancing a strong WH&S culture.Working closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.A bit about you Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence.Enthusiastic, ambitious, and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us.Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team is desirable.Electrical wholesaling, trades, or building/construction industry experience is highly regarded.Why join Rexel?
