The Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain the highest standards in our restaurant.
With a focus on hospitality, you will assist with rostering, recruiting, stock management, and ensuring restaurant compliance.
Your management skills will be put to use in supporting the Restaurant Manager handling business financials, including profit and loss, budgets, and KPIs.
Leading and motivating a large team will be central to ensuring our customer-first approach is always upheld.

Experience in managing teams, budgets, KPIs, and generating sales growth reports is highly valued.
