As an Assistant Manager your role is to partner with the Relationship Manager to support your portfolio in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance. Role Location: Hamilton, VIC Role Type: Permanent, Full-timeWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Maintaining a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures Maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment process Acting in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs Providing solution towards account maintenance and simple customer requests Supporting the Relationship Manager with management of a portfolio of SME customers Collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customers' needs Engaging specialist teams when required You're not expected to have % of these skills.
