Purpose In your role asRoving Assistant Manager – Front Office, you will embark on an exciting journey taking on the role of an intrepid leader. Leveraging your experience as a seasoned Assistant Manager you will be based in Launceston and extend your expertise across various Accor Hotels throughout Tasmania. Your knack for seamlessly navigating between different establishments and fostering connections with diverse teams and guests will set you apart in this exhilarating role.
While you are on assignment away from Launceston, rest assured that your travel, accommodation, and dining expenses will be fully covered, allowing you to focus solely on making an impact. Primary Responsibilities Step in and manage and guide team members with daily front office operations across a range of hotels for Accor Apartments & Realty within Tasmania as required. Mentor the Front Office Team members, nurturing their growth and building their skills within a supportive environment Demonstrate flexibility by efficiently traveling between and adapting to the needs of our hotels across Launceston and Hobart Collaborate with guests, extending a helping hand to find solutions for any challenges that may arise Contribute to roster planning and preparation Embrace authenticity and let your unique self-shine in every shift Skills and Experience Extensive experience as a current Hotel Assistant Manager, specialising in Front Office operations Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skills Knowledge of Sihot PMS is advantageous Masterful in the art of both the written and spoken communication Proficient in embracing a flexible rotating schedule, encompassing various locations, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays ALL Heartist Membership -Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!
