Job Description Assist the Financial Controller with systems administration, account reconciliation, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P & L responsibility.

Maintain accounting databases by entering data into the accounting program.

Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report any variances to the concerned department heads.

Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, General Ledger reporting.

Cash handling functions for the hotel and reconcile all cash dropped at the front desk & restaurant.

Qualifications Relevant diploma 5 to 7 years of Hotel Industry experience Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active). Excellent Communication Skills Ability to think strategically, inductively & creatively. Pleasant personality & grooming.
