We are on the hunt for a seasoned hospitality manager who is passionate about service to join our team The Role As Assistant Manager, you'll be an inspirational people leader, who has hospitality in their DNA. You live and breathe the industry, from managing bustling gaming rooms and premium bistros, to slinging rockstar cocktails at the bar with the crew and hosting bespoke functions. You are passionate about good food and love creating the perfect atmosphere, guaranteeing the customer experience is high – every time. Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons and driving guest experience. Motivating, inspiring and training your team will be at the forefront and ensuring the patron experience is paramount. Experience working as an Assistant Manager in some of Sydney's most premium pubs or venues will be essential in hitting the ground running . Exposure to managing multi-faceted venues across gaming, entertainment and food and beverage will give you all of the ingredients to succeed.
