Job DescriptionESV are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager or rising Client Manager looking to join one of their dynamic business advisory practices alongside an exceptional Director. The role will see you working across a diverse client base of primarily construction, engineering and financial services clients as a 2IC to a driven and charismatic Director and involve 50% compliance / advisory and 50% outsourced CFO. This role will also involve people management and daily client interaction. This will suit a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged and who wants to help build something great in a collegiate, grown-up environment with huge scope for career progression. Desired Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will ideally have.5 + years' experience in public accounting or combination of public accounting and corporate.Management or Supervisory experienceOutsourced CFO or Corporate Tax experience preferred but not requiredSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAdept at providing sound commercial advice to stakeholdersWhat we promise to provideExtensive internal and external learning opportunities to support your development.
