This role is all about helping manage property loans. The activities below are something that is very familiar to you: Prepare loan documents ready for issue and variation memos. Ensure that loan settlements go smoothly. Maintain and update cash flow forecasts for each loan. Engage with stakeholders, including working with lawyers. Ensure that everything associated with the loan meets auditing and compliance. Perform finance forecasting.

About you

Your superpower is lending. You have a wealth of experience in commercial lending, and this is what you dream about at night. You could prepare lending documents blindfolded. Your previous stakeholders would describe you as process-driven, but in a nice way. Financial modeling is something you really like to do - when someone talks numbers, they are talking your language. You will have worked within the commercial property development sector.
